For single-item shipments, there are no refunds or returns once orders have been shipped except in special cases.  If you place an order by mistake or wish to change a pre-order, feel free to get in touch ASAP and we'll work with you to make the requested change.  If you have an item that you feel is absolutely pristine, unopened and mint condition that you'd like to return, contact us to discuss options.

For PostWax subscriptions, we are manufacturing an entire year's worth of records based on the number of subscribers who sign up.  With that in mind, you may only cancel your PostWax subscription within 48 hours of signing up.  If you purchased in error or need to cancel within this time frame, please get in touch immediately and we'll do our best to assist.
