Shipping rates are listed with each item and include secure protective packing materials to ensure safe delivery.

All records and other merchandise are examined, packed and shipped by professional fans and collectors.  We know how to handle collectible music, so rest assured that your order is in good hands!

We are not responsible for theft, loss or damage that occurs during or after shipping.  Again, we will pack your order (especially your vinyl) with the utmost care and respect, but our ability to ensure total safety and protection ends when the package leaves us, and small bends, nicks, and splits can occur, which is a goddamn shame, but also beyond our control.
